Pay your Barclaycard Outstanding in 3 simple steps

 

Step 1:  Provide your Barclaycard Details  

• Enter your 16 digit Barclaycard Number and Amount you want to pay
• Select your bank Account from which you would like to execute this payment
• You will be redirected to the Payment Interface of the bank you have chosen to make the payment.

 

Step 2: Confirm Payment  

• Enter your authentication details (Net banking User ID and Password of the Bank Account)
• Confirm payment amount
• Your Bank Account will be debited instantaneously

 

Step 3: Receive Online Confirmation  

• You will receive an online transaction confirmation and a Transaction Reference Number. In the event of any dispute on your payment, you will have to confirm this Transaction Reference Number in all interactions with Customer Service
• You will also receive an SMS confirmation of your Payment on the registered Mobile Number if provided by you.  

The payment made by you will be applied to your Barclaycard Account within 2 working days from the date of the payment. It is advisable that you make your Barclaycard payment at least 3 days before the due date to allow us sufficient time to apply the payment to the account and prevent levy of late payment charges.

Can I execute my Barclaycard Payment through Pay Online?

Yes you can, provided you have the following:

• A valid Barclaycard for which the payment is to be executed.
• A Net Banking Account with any of the various partner Banks with whom we have currently partnered for this service. The customer should have access to his Net banking User Name and password.
• Access to Internet Connection.

  

On which website can the payment get executed?

In order to use Pay Online, the customer needs to visit the Barclaycard Homepage which is www.barclaycard.in and visit the Payment Options section. You can click on this link to execute the payment. As a part of the process you will be redirected to the Bill Desk Website and the Payment Gateway to authenticate the Payment. Please note that these web pages are secure and you can enter card number and other details on these pages.

What are the details that are required to be entered to execute the payment?

You need to enter the 16 digit Barclaycard number, Payment Amount and the Partner Bank Name.

Once the above details are submitted, you will be redirected to the Payment Gateway of your Bank to authenticate your transaction. The payment will go through successfully and your bank account is debited instantaneously once you authenticate the transaction with the Net banking User Name and Password. 

 

Can I make part payments through Pay Online?

Yes, this functionality allows you to make a payment of the amount of your choice. You may choose to make a part payment or full payment. The same will be applied to your Barclaycard Account within 2 working days from the date of payment. 

 

Is there a cap on the number of payments that I can make in a given month?

No, there is no such cap on the number of transactions that can be made by the customer. A customer can make any number of payments as he may choose.

 

Will Barclaycard be adding more banks to existing list where this service will be available?

Yes, Barclaycard is in the process of integrating with other banks as well. Do keep checking the information updated on www.barclaycard.in from time to time.  

 

How long does it take for the payment to get applied to the Credit Card Account?

The payment will be updated to your Credit Card Account within 2 working days from the date of payment.

 

What if I experience a Transaction failure, but the amount has already been debited from my Bank Account?

Barclaycard requests its customers to wait for a day and then call the Barclaycard Customer Helpline number to check if the Payment has been applied to the Credit Card Account. However, you are advised to note down the Transaction Reference Number which is stated on the confirmation page, irrespective of the transaction being a success or failure.  

 

What do I do if I continuously get transaction failures?

In the case of such a situation, the customers are advised to take a screenshot of the error they are receiving along with the unique transaction reference number for that transaction and send the same to service@barclays.com. Our customer service team will revert to you within 48 hours.

 

Will I be getting a unique transaction ID for every payment that I make?

Yes, for every successful as well as rejected transaction, the customer receives a unique transaction reference number which should be quoted in all interactions with the Barclaycard Customer Helpline in the event of any issues with the transactions getting applied to the Credit Card Account.

 

Do I need to pay a Fee every time I make my Barclaycard payment using Pay Online?

No, this is a FREE Service. However the Bank reserves the right to charge for the same from such time as it may seem fit.
