- Phone or Electricity Bill
Proof of Identity

- Voter Card
- Driving License
Proof of Income
- Form 16
- Last month's Salary Slip (if salaried)
- ITR for last 2 years (if self employed)
- Job Appointment Letter (if recently appointed)
