For all queries regarding the status of this holiday voucher, please contact TravelPort directly at the contact details given in this holiday voucher. Barclays Bank Plc is only responsible till the dispatch of this holiday voucher to TravelPort.

  • The holiday voucher entitles the Barclaycardholder (“cardholder”) and a companion to a 2 nights and 3 days stay at any of the 100 dream destinations in India.
  • You can redeem the holiday voucher by simply sending the email request at Barclaycardholiday@travelport.in or submitting the request online at www.travelport.in/barclaysholidayoffer
  • The validity of the holiday voucher is as printed on the voucher and it is not valid on group bookings.
  • The holiday voucher can be redeemed only once.
  • This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer and not more than 1 holiday voucher can be redeemed at a time.
  • Handling charges of Rs 500/- will be charged to the cardholder.
  • You need to give atleast 3 options of dates and dream destinations.
  • 21 working day advance notice needs to be given for confirmation of any of the dream destinations. TravelPort will get in touch with you within three working days from the date of receipt of the holiday voucher. The booking will be processed and initiated immediately on receiving the scanned or physical holiday voucher.
  • The package is not valid during certain peak periods like Diwali and Christmas holidays. Please check with TravelPort for such peak periods before booking.
  • The offer is not applicable if the customer directly approaches the respective hotels.
  • The holiday voucher is non-refundable, non-encashable, non- extendable and non-negotiable.
  • The hotel may charge additional costs for facilities like additional bed, telephones, heaters, laundry and other leisure activities. All extra charges need to be paid by the cardholder.
  • Additional taxes if any will be charged to the cardholder.
  • Post confirmation - The confirmation voucher will be issued to the cardholder. Cardholder is required to carry the said confirmation voucher to the hotel. Once a confirmation voucher is issued against a particular request no changes thereafter will be entertained.
